Can you choose paint colors and finishing materials?

All 24 townhomes will be completed before being available for sale. Buyers will not be able to make paint or material selections before completion. A list of qualified contractors will be provided at no cost at closing to help you customize your new home.

How can you make your offer stand out?

Units are sold on a first-come basis. There's no requirement to submit offers above list price — make your first offer your best offer. Offers without closing costs receive preferred consideration. Offers without required documentation will not be reviewed.

Will the Builder contribute to Buyer's closing costs?

The Builder reviews offers individually. All Buyers must meet income restrictions. Submit your best offer upfront — closing cost requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

How much are HOA fees?
